What does it mean to be a Consultant for Neozene? Being a “Consultant” (often times also referred to as “Contractor”) for Neozene means that you are a W2 employee of Neozene Inc most likely deployed at one of our hundreds of client sites worldwide.
Will I get any benefits as a Neozene Consultant? Yes, we do offer benefits including: Fully paid Health Benefits through Kaiser at ZERO PREMIUMS (we will not deduct even a penny out of your paycheck for health benefits) and PTO is also available, dependent on the client site and circumstances.
At the end of the project I am working on, will I be placed on a new project or assignment? Yes, of course. After our employee has successfully completed an assignment for us, the relationship only grows further. On your next project, we will hope to give you a raise as we really believe in rewarding good work. Of course this is dependent on our client needs at that particular moment but if the assignment went well then there will always be a home here for you with Neozene.
What if I really enjoy working at the client site that I am deployed at, and would like to pursue a permanent position with that particular client directly? We are always in favor of doing what is best for our client and employee both – If this situation arises where things are working out favorably and you would like to be hired as an FTE by our client directly, then we will not stand in the way (although we will be sorry to see you go of course).
How and when do I get paid from Neozene? Please ask the Neozene Consultant that you are working with for our “Timecard Instructions and Payment” handout – This will clearly outline all of this.
